It offers 11 levels* of precise visual and audible grade verification and even alerts you when the laser has been bumped or when the batteries are low. The holder also lets you position the LS-70 on the grade rod quickly and accurately. Use Topcon's grade stake Laser bracket and the RL-H3A makes a perfect grade checking tool in road building applications.
