The number of saws manufactured in the last 15 years is massive so we cannot define every installation so we have given various types of installations below. If you do not find a similar saw or are not sure if the Laserkerf will fit your saw just e-mail us and we will try to find a picture of your saw to help you make a decision.

The Laserkerf comes in 2 different beam widths, 2 different package formats and 2 different power sources.

Beam Width: Model 100 is for thin kerf or for blades from .093" to .109" wide
Model 125 is for standard kerf or .125" wide.

Package formats: The standard format is tall, 2.125", and narrow,1.375".
The "H" format is short, 1.375", and wide, 2.125". Both are .650" thick. The adjustment arm extends out .5". The beam is adjustable +/- .25" horizontally and +/-15 degrees vertically.

Power sources: The standard model uses a AC transformer attached to the laser. The "B" indicates that the laser is powered by 2AA batteries.

Example: A Model 125 is AC powered and is 2.125"h by 1.375"w.
A Model 125B is battery powered and 2.125"h by 1.375"w.
A Model 125H is AC powered and is 1.375"h by 2.125"w
A Model 125HB is DC powered and is 1.375"h by 2.125"w

Follow the following four steps to see which laser and bracket would be best for you.

First: Review the saws listed below to determine how the Laserkerf can be mounted to your saw. Bracket information and photos of some specific saw installations are located below. Additional information will be listed as soon as it is available.

Second: Cut a kerf in a piece of wood and measure the width of the kerf. Measuring the blade is not as accurate as measuring the kerf. Thin kerf's, of 3/32 or .100", use model 100. Standard kerf's, of 1/8 or .125", use model 125. If you switch blades for various projects the model 125 is recommended.

Third: Note the recommended models in the comments section of the chart. Review the Laserkerf models and brackets below the list of saws. Determine if you prefer the standard AC power or the battery model (B). The various models of lasers and brackets are listed at the bottom of this page.
