Remove the backing from the adhesive strips and mount the B-17 bracket to the saw as shown.

Attach the Laserkerf to the W-3 bracket as shown.
Although the picture at the top shows the laser is mounted off center on the W-3 bracket it should be mounted square on the bracket.
