The GAT220 laser sets up fast, it's totally automatic in both horizontal and vertical modes. There are no leveling screws or vials to rough level. Just mount it on a tripod, turn it on and it's ready to go! If the GA2120 is disturbed, the H.I. Alert shuts off the laser, preventing inaccurate readings if the H.I. (height of instrument) has changed. In addition to leveling, the GA2120HV can be used for short-range vertical and constant squaring for 90° angles.
